Vedic Astrology Birth Chart
Since the sign of Sagittarius rules the 4th house and its lord is Jupiter so Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house when 4th house lord is placed in the 9th house for a Virgo Ascendant. There are three Nakshatras that falls in the sign of Taurus which are Rohini, Krittika, and Mrigashira. You need to check in your Vedic astrology software which one of these Nakshatras and it's Pada your Jupiter falls in and that will help in the accurate prediction.

4th house represents our heart (Dil) and when the sign of Sagittarius falls on the 4th house it means the heart wants to acquire knowledge (or information) and travel as the sign of Sagittarius represents long distance travel and it is also a sign of wisdom and knowledge as Jupiter rules it.

There are several possibilities when 4th lord Jupiter is placed in the 9th house and here are some of them.

Possibility 1: Since 9th house is Google search you can make a lot of search in Google for online shopping or finding information related to things which Venus represents such as beauty products, cosmetics, jewelry, food, finance or money, luxury items such as purses, belts, hats, goggles, etc. when your Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house. This is more so possible if your Venus (ruler of 9th house) is placed in the 2nd house in the sign of Libra.

Possibility 2: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is placed in the sign of Virgo in the first house then Venus here in the first house is debilitated and so it makes you self-critical. In other words, you doubt yourself whether your personality looks good or not. For this reason, you are always looking for information (such as plastic surgery) or health products which can make your personality better and you could do a lot of Google search regarding this. Or, in general, you could be a seller of health and fitness products with this placement or into health and healing in general as a Virgo is a sign of health and healing.

Possibility 3: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is placed in the sign of Scorpio in the 3rd house then you could be in search for sex-related content in Google search or maybe occult science especially if Mars is placed in the 8th house in your horoscope. You could also be in search of sports-related content if Mars is exalted in the 5th house.

Possibility 4: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 4th house you could be doing a lot of search in books, magazines, newspapers or over the internet related to things like religion, higher studies, law, Gods and Goddesses, nature, animals, plants, biology, philosophy etc.

Possibility 5: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 5th house then you could search for information in Google or through newspapers and books related to government and politics or something like oil, coal, petroleum, gold and silver etc especially if Saturn is placed in the 10th house or the 8th house.

Possibility 6: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is located in the sign of Aquarius in the 6th house then you may be involved into social welfare and you could represent the masses as a social activist. There are many people who run non-profit organizations such as ashrams for destitute women and orphan children and you could be one of them.

Possibility 7: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is located in the sign of Pisces in the 7th house then you could be busy in making contracts (business or services) with people at distant locations via internet or you may also be an exporter or importer.

Possibility 8: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is located in the sign of Aries in the 8th house then you could be a Guru or teacher of occult science especially if Mars is placed in the sign of Scorpio in the 3rd house. You could also be someone in police or military or in some emergency services if Mars and Venus both are placed in the 8th house.

Possibility 9: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is located in the sign of Leo in the 12th house then this is a good placement to have to become an actor or actress or a teacher in the fun and entertainment world (such as dance, music, singing teacher, etc) or a teacher in general.

Possibility 10: If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 9th house but if Venus is located in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house then you could be a teacher of finance or a distributor of food products (if Moon is placed in the 2nd house) or even an adviser for home, garden and real estate especially if Moon(the lord of 11th house) is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 4th house. This is actually a powerful "Dhan Yoga" and so it can give a lot of wealth.
