Moon in different houses for Scorpio ascendant with Saturn in 9th house (Vedic Astrology)

When the sign of Cancer falls on the 9th house it means nurturing with knowledge and information and higher education as Cancer is a sign of nurturing and 9th house is the house of knowledge, information, and higher studies.
