What if 8th lord, Mars, is in 12th house for Aries Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

For Aries ascendant Mars rules the 8th house and the 1st house and it will be placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

The sign of Scorpio and 8th house both have to do with sudden ups and downs (volatility) and in sports also there is a lot of ups and downs. Now when the 8th lord is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Pisces then people involved in sports (including Athletics) are quite often seen from this placement especially if the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Aries in the 1st house. Pilots can also be seen from this same placement depending on the location of other planets in the birth chart.

Pisces is a sign that represents the space (distance) and airplanes also fly in the sky in the open space and Mars is a planet that represents the fuel or energy. Now when the 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house it means putting energy and efforts in space which is nothing but flying airplanes as airplanes or aircraft move in space with the help of fuel energy and Mars represents the fuel energy.

Jupiter in Aries often makes you move or travel and running could also be one of them as running is also moving or traveling. 8th lord in the 12th house often makes you travel a lot to foreign places as the 12th house is the house of foreign places and 8th house is > up and down < so it means up and down to foreign places or foreign cities. Also, Jupiter controls the 9th house for an Aries ascendant and the 9th house is also the house of transportation and travel or long-distance journeys and so Jupiter period (dasa or anterdasa or any other lower dasa) will always be good for travel. People working in defence and army are most commonly seen from this placement along with people involved in all kinds of sports.

Why people in defense (such as NDA) and army are most commonly seen from this placement? This is because these army people spend most of their life at the borders of the country where they travel or move a lot during the training periods and even during wars. This is what Mars in Pisces makes you do. It makes you move and run over the space (such as land and air) and that is reason people in defense, army, navy, and air defense (IAF) are most commonly seen from this placement especially if 10th lord, Saturn, is also placed in the 12th house in the sign of Pisces.

Also, these people make use of weapons such as guns and missiles which are represented by Saturn and Mars represents war as Mars rules the 8th house of war and death for an Aries ascendant. Scorpio is a sign of killing (especially if Saturn is placed in it) and so Mars also represents violence and killing as Mars rules the sign of Scorpio. When 8th lord, Mars, is conjuncting Saturn in the 12th house then often people get involved into war and that is the reason people in defense are seen from this placement.

Also, when you use a gun then here it is involved the movement of the bullet in the space (the bullet covers a distance) and so here also Mars in the sign of Pisces makes sense as Mars is the energy and it makes the bullet move. So if the 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house and if the 12th lord, Jupiter, is placed in the 3rd house in the sign of Gemini then shooters are quite often seen from this placement as Gemini is a sign of using skills of hands and when you use a gun to aim then you are using the skills of your hands.

If 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house but if 12th lord, Jupiter, is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 9th house then vehicle drivers such as taxi drivers, auto rickshaw drivers, truck drivers, ship and train drivers, etc are generally seen from this placement as Sagittarius is a sign of transportation, travel, logistics, and courier.

Also, Pisces is a sign that represents space and when you move on roads with a vehicle then you are moving in a space as all the land is space only. So Mars in Pisces in the 12th house makes you move in space such as roads, rails, and air when Jupiter is placed in the sign of Sagittarius as Sagittarius is also a sign of long distance journeys. Even when a pilot moves through the air by the airplane then he is moving in a space.

If 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house but if 12th lord, Jupiter, is placed in the sign of Scorpio in the 8th house then high jumpers and long jumpers or any sports where there is jumping involved could be seen from this placement as Scorpio is a sign of sudden ups and downs. People doing stunts in various movies, television serials, and circus can also be seen from this placement as jumping is also a kind of movement.

Mars when placed in the sign of Pisces it gives a lot of flexibility in the body and so people doing all the activities which require a flexible body can be seen from this placement. A good example could also be Gymnastics as you cannot do Gymnastics without a flexible body. 8th house is also a house of risks and emergencies and so all stunts where risk is involved can be seen from this placement. If Rahu is placed in the sign of Aries in the 1st house these kind of sports professions are more so possible.

If 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house but if the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 10th house and if the 10th lord, Saturn, is placed in the sign of Scorpio in the 8th house then such people may be involved in using all kinds of weapons made of iron and steel during the war or training of war and so people like soliders can also be seen from this same placement. All the weapons are made of iron and steel and anything made of iron and steel are represented by the sign of Capricorn or Saturn.

If 8th lord, Mars, is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 12th house but if the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Leo in the 5th house then people doing stunts in movies and television serials can also be seen from this placement as Leo is a sign of sports activities or leisure activities. If instead Jupiter is placed in the sign of Virgo in the 6th house then fighters can be seen from this placement such as boxers and wrestlers as Virgo is a sign of fights and competitions. If Jupiter is in Cancer in the 4th house then marine profession (such as marine navy or marine sports) is possible as the sign of Cancer represents the water.
