What if sign of Sagittarius falls on 12th house? (Vedic Astrology)

It could mean a lot of things when the sign of Sagittarius falls on the 12th house for a Capricorn ascendant and here are some of them.

1) Sagittarius is a sign of transportation, travel, and logistics and 12th house is the house of foreign countries and so Capricorn ascendant natives are often seen working in the field of law (or rules & regulations) related to transportation, logistics, and marine. For example, approval of passport and Visa for foreign travel or even export and import license approvals for transportation of goods to foreign countries via air or ship. But other planets in the birth chart should also support for that to happen.

2) Sagittarius is also a sign that represents the plants, animals, nature, environment, etc and the 12th house represents isolated places so it could also indicate to farmhouses or animal houses or agricultural lands or even forests when the sign of Sagittarius falls on the 12th house as all these are isolated places.

For example, if Jupiter is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 12th house then the native could even acquire knowledge related to subjects like science, biology, zoology, etc as all these subjects are related to the planets and animals or nature & environment in general. If Saturn is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius then the native could even work on agricultural land as a farmer but other planets in the birth chart should also support that.

Also, the native could drive vehicles on long-distance journeys or drive a tractor on agricultural land when the planet like Saturn is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius. This is because Saturn represents machinery and tools and a vehicle or a tractor is also a moving machine.

If 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Aries in the 4th house then the native could be surely into vehicle driving as the 4th house represents vehicles and Aries is a sign of movement as Aries represents energy and energy always moves. If the 12th lord, Jupiter, is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 1st house (debilitated Jupiter) then the native could work as a farmer also and do the job of plowing or working on some machine in a farmhouse or farmland.

3) If the sign of Sagittarius falls on the 12th house it could also mean long distance journeys on the sea as the 12th house also represents the sea and Sagittarius is a sign of long distance journeys. So a Capricorn ascendant could also be a sailor or a boatman. For example, if ascendant lord Saturn is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius but if the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the 4th house in the sign of Aries and if the 4th lord Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 7th house and if 7th lord Moon is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 1st house then a boatman could also be seen from this placement. But this will be a boatman running an engine boat and not a hand run boat as Aries represents fuel energy (engine) and Jupiter is placed in Aries.  The 4th house represents all vehicles whether boat or car or bike or truck.

4) If 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the 1st house in the sign of Capricorn (debilitated Jupiter) and if the ascendant lord Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 7th house and if the 7th lord Moon is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 12th house then a boatman who drives the boat in the sea with hands can be seen from this placement provided 11th lord Mars is also placed in the 1st house along with Jupiter. Saturn in Cancer is really a placement to work with a tool (Oar > chappu) in the water as Cancer is a sign that represents the water.

5) The sign of Sagittarius represents plants, animals, insects (living beings in general) and the 12th house represents the sea and so a Capricorn ascendant may also get involved in sea exploration to discover or explore plants, sea creatures, etc.

6) If planets like the Moon and Venus are placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 12th house then these people travel a lot to explore the world. You will often find them going to sea beaches and historical monuments and also religious and sacred places such as Haridwar, etc. Venus is a planet of enjoyment and when this planet falls on the sign of Sagittarius it makes you explore nature and things of nature as Sagittarius is a sign of exploration and it  also represents the environment and nature.

Even if Moon and Venus are not placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius but if in transit Venus or Moon is transiting the 12th house then you may go for travel provided Jupiter and Rahu are also somehow aspecting the 12th house in transit or if they are transiting from the 12th house itself. 7) If your Jupiter or Rahu is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 12th house then certainly you will make a foreign trip some day especially when Rahu in transit will aspect your 12th house but transit of other planets should also support and dasa should also support.

8) If 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Leo in the 8th house then the native may even explore the financial markets as leo is a sign that represents the financial markets (or wealth management) and Sagittarius is a sign of exploration (thorough examination of a subject). This is more so possible if the 7th lord, Moon, and Rahu are placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius.

The 12th house also represents the virtual world and when you watch stock market news over the internet or the TV then that is also a virtual world as everything is digital or virtual. So in a way you explore the financial markets through the virtual world (TV or internet or phone).

9) If the 12th lord, Jupiter, is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 7th house then the native may explore shelters for plants and animals as the sign of Cancer represents the shelters. This is more so possible if Rahu and Moon are placed in the 12th house in the sign of Sagittarius. People in real estate or property business can be seen from this placement as human beings also have shelters and these are their homes.

Many people work with animals like cows and buffaloes in their shelters to extract milk from them and such people can also be seen from this placement. Also, people involved in wool, silk, yarn, and clothing business can also be seen from this placement as Cancer is also a sign of protection and clothes also give us security and protection. People doing business of milk and dairy products in general can also be seen from this placement. Gardeners can also be seen from this placement but other planets in the birth chart should support that.

10) If the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the 9th house in the sign of Virgo then people dealing with herbal products and health care products in general are seen from this placement. Natural health care remedies is the major theme with this placement but Moon should be placed in the 12th house as Moon is a healer.
