What if Saturn is in 11th house for Virgo Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

This article is also valid for > 6th lord in 11th house and 5th lord in 11th house for Virgo ascendant

For a Virgo Ascendant, Saturn will fall in the sign of Cancer when placed in the 11th house while ruling the 5th house and the 6th house. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

1) Cancer is a sign of expressing your emotions and feelings and since this sign falls on the 11th house of people (masses) it means expressing your emotions and feelings towards the people or the masses. Now when a planet like Saturn falls in the sign of Cancer it tries to restrict your emotions towards others and so the native may find it difficult to express himself/herself in front of the people or the native may just be heartless towards other people as Cancer is a sign that also represents our heart and Saturn in Cancer then makes the native heartless. Saturn is a restrictive planet so it tries to restrict emotions and expression.

Often people with this placement get into fights with other people and people like police officers may also have this placement as they need to be strict and heartless with the culprits. But this may not be so at all if Moon is also placed in the 11th house along with Saturn but then also relationships with the mother may suffer as Moon also represents the mother in Vedic Astrology or there could be some kind of insecurity related to the mother or to the mother regarding his/her son/daughter. This placement, however, may also give heart troubles but only if the Navamsa chart is also confirming that. Since the natives with this placement are strict by heart they may even say wrong things to others such as speaking badly or cursing others.

2) Saturn in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house basically means nurturing the masses or the people and the native could also become a teacher or a professor with this placement especially if Jupiter is placed in the sign of Aquarius in the 6th house. When Jupiter is placed in the sign of Aquarius it means the distribution of knowledge and information to the masses as Saturn here is placed in the 11th house. So, with this placement, it becomes nurturing the masses with the knowledge and information which is usually done by a teacher or even it could also be a political leader or a professor of anthropology.

Many people provide knowledge and information through websites, apps, and youtube videos about the recruitment or job openings or something else (such as sports and fights) and such people may also have this same placement as 11th house is also the house of networking and when people over the internet read your content through websites and apps then that is a kind of online nurturing or online teaching or giving online information.

People running online e-commerce websites for the delivery of food, clothing, and other household or luxury items may also have this placement depending on the location of other planets in the birth chart. This is because the sign of Cancer represents all the comfort and security giving products such as clothes, home, food, etc

3) If Jupiter is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 5th house and then if the 5th lord Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house then such placement is good for engineering as here the machines are being nurtured and not the people as Jupiter is not placed in the sign of Aquarius but it is placed in the sign of Capricorn which represents machinery and tools and it is also a sign of automation and so people working in the field of IT (information technology) to work with automation such as software, apps, automatic websites, robots, etc may also have this placement. Even if Sun is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 5th house then also engineering like electrical and electronics is possible as Sun represents the light (electricity) and heat.

4) Many people nurture the public in a hotel or a restaurant or even at home by serving food and drinks to them and such natives may also have this placement and this is more so possible if Moon and Venus are also placed in the 11th house along with Saturn and if the ascendant lord Mercury and Sun are placed in the 2nd house in the sign of Libra. But other planets in the birth chart should also support for that such as Jupiter in the 1st house.

5) If Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house but if the ascendant lord Mercury and Sun are placed in the sign of Aquarius in the 6th house then such natives may also nurture the masses by communicating with them and distributing fun and entertainment or health care or ancient texts related knowledge and information through websites or youtube videos or even through verbal communication by being a teacher or a motivational speaker. An actor or a stage performer can also be seen if Sun and Mercury are placed in the 5th house but other planets in the birth chart should also support.

6) If Saturn and Jupiter both are placed in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house then the native could also work in the field of real estate or he could also become a civil engineer as civil engineering is all about constructing homes, buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures and all these travel-related conveniences are also represented by the sign of Cancer. But the ascendant lord Sun and Mercury must be placed in the 10th house in the sign of Gemini.

7) The native could also become a political leader or a social activist if Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house and if the 11th lord Moon is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 5th house especially in the Nakshatra of Sravana. Or with this placement, the native could work in the iron and steel industry such as utensils manufacturing or in the manufacturing of other kinds of products made of iron, steel, and wood.

8) The native could also do laundry work with this placement of Saturn in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house especially if Moon is placed in the sign of Virgo or the sign of Scorpio (in case chemicals are used) in the birth chart of a Virgo ascendant. But Mars must also be placed in the sign of Virgo in the 1st house.

9) If Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 11th house but if the 11th lord Moon is placed in the sign of Leo in the 12th house then people involved in video and film editing or even photo editing can be seen from this placement. In general, people working in the field of information technology (IT) can be seen from this placement.
