What if Ketu is in 5th house in Scorpio for Cancer Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

Ketu will fall in the sign of Scorpio when placed in the 5th house for a Cancer Ascendant. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

1) With this placement, the native could change his romantic partner a lot especially if the 7th lord Saturn is placed along with Ketu in the 5th house and if Venus is also placed in the 5th house then there could also be sexual relationships with multiple partners. This is because Ketu is a planet of change or transformation as Ketu is the natural significator of the 8th house of transformation and turbulence.

Also, the 7th lord Saturn represents the spouse or boyfriend or girlfriend and here Saturn Ketu conjunction is happening in the 5th house of love and romance. Ketu is a planet of dislike and so due to disliking the changes happen. Since Scorpio, ruling the 5th house is a hidden sign so there could be hidden relationships that could be unknown to the world.

2) If Ketu is placed in the 5th house in the sign of Scorpio but if the 5th lord Mars is placed in the 4th house in the sign of Libra then such natives could face a lot of turbulence in the property or real estate business. They may buy and sell a property a lot as Ketu is a planet of change and 5th house is the house of speculation (or gambling) and here 5th lord is placed in the 4th house of land, property, and vehicles.

There could also be a lot of turbulence when it comes to relationships with the mother with this placement as Mars is natural malefic for the 4th house and the sign of Mars, Scorpio, is afflicted here by the placement of Ketu as Ketu is considered as the natural malefic. If Mars is Darakarka (DK) then the relationship with the spouse could also suffer.

This placement of Mars in the 4th house could also give an accident if transits and dasas are indicating that but only if Mars is placed in a malefic Nakshatra and if the ascendant lord is badly placed or debilitated. Ketu is as malefic as the 8th house as Ketu is the natural significator of the 8th house and Ketu when placed in the sign of Scorpio is really not good especially if Mars is either debilitated or placed in a malefic Nakshatra or afflicted by malefics as then you may certainly face some kind of injury or surgery in life as Scorpio is also a sign of surgeries and malefic & turbulent Ketu is placed in the sign of Scorpio which is also a sign of death and re-birth.

3) If Ketu is placed in the 5th house in the sign of Scorpio but if the 5th lord Mars is placed in the 3rd house in the sign of Virgo then this is really the placement for people who are into the repairing of electronics and electrical items used in communication such as the repairing of TV, phone, radio, internet connection, laptops and computers, telephone lines, and other communication systems. This is because Virgo is a sign of repairing and 3rd house is the house of working with hands.

When you repair things then you change the parts and Ketu is a planet of change and Ketu is placed in the 5th house which is also the house of the limelight, lights, and lighting, heat, etc as Sun rules the 5th house in the default zodiac and Sun is the giver of light and heat. People working in the field of IT (information technology) may also have this placement as everything is communication in IT. People like civil engineers and railway engineers may also have this placement as Gemini is a sign of travel and traveling is not possible without roads, bridges, and railways.
