What if Ketu is in 5th house for Capricorn Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

Ketu will fall in the sign of Taurus when placed in the 5th house for Capricorn Ascendant. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

1) If Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 5th house and if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Gemini in the 6th house then this placement could get the native into multiple relationships especially if Venus is placed in the Nakshatra of Mrigshira in the 6th house. Ketu is the planet of change and so it brings a change in the relationship in the 5th house as the 5th house is the house of love and romance. Ketu is the planet of turbulence as it the significator of the 8th house of turbulence and risks.

That is the reason it may bring turbulence (up and down) in love and romance and it becomes hard for the native to settle in just one relationship. Rahu is an amplifier and so it amplifies the 11th house and this brings turbulence in the 5th house of love and romance as the 5th house is just opposite of the 11th house. These relationships could even be sexual relationships as here Venus is placed in the sign of Gemini which is a sign of mating.

2) People who make religious jewelry and gemstones may also have this placement as Ketu is a religious planet and Taurus is a sign of fashion items. People who are selling or promoting religious garments or clothing can also be seen from this placement. This is more so possible if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the 7th house in the sign of Cancer which is a sign of clothing and food. People engaged in food donations in ashrams and temples may also have this placement as Ketu is a planet of mortification (vairagya) and ashrams are often made for people who are isolated from the real world.

3) Natives with this placement often love to have a lot of religious tattoos on their bodies as Taurus is a sign of fashion and tattoos are also fashion. They may also be involved in the marketing and advertising of religious tattoos. 8th house is a dreadful house and since Ketu is the significator of the 8th house so Ketu also represents all the dreadful things such as dreadful animals like snakes, crocodiles, dinosaurs, scorpions, dragons, etc and so these natives do all kinds of fashion as tattoos or clothing related to these dreadful animals and other dreadful things such as ghosts, etc.

If the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Leo then such natives could make films related to these dreadful things (horror movies) as I mentioned above as Leo is a sign of film making and video making and being in the limelight through media. 4) Ketu is also a planet of research and when Ketu is placed in the 5th house in the sign of Taurus and if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Virgo in the 9th house then such natives may do research in the food decay or food preservation industry. People working in the health care products industry may also have this placement. This is because Venus is our eating appetite and Virgo is a sign of health care, diseases, decay, rot, etc.

Ketu is a planet of going to the roots of something. People selling or marketing health care products and medicines at religious places may have this placement as Ketu is a planet of religion. For example, many people go to saints and there they can also find natural health care products for the treatment of various types of health problems and diseases such as joint pains, stomach disorders, depression, Diabetes, stones, etc. Doctors and nurses can also be seen from this placement. If Mars is debilitated in the 7th house then the native with this placement may also suffer from such diseases as mentioned above.

5) If Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 5th house but if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Libra in the 10th house then people involved in sewing or stitching of clothes, embroidery, manufacturing of fashion items, etc are generally seen from this placement. Ketu is a planet of change or transformation and when you sew clothes you transform plain clothes into wearable clothes. So, Ketu in the sign of Taurus can do also if Venus is placed in the sign of Libra in the 10th house which is the house of manufacturing and constructing or making something.

6) If Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 5th house but if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 1st house then this is again the placement for machine work or automation work related to food and clothing such as sewing (tailor work), manufacturing of clothes, automation in the field of IT (information technology), automation in the field of beauty, hairdressing, and cosmetics, etc. This is because Capricorn is a sign of automation or machine work. For example, tailors make use of a sewing machine to make clothes and this is nothing but transformation represented by Ketu and Venus represents the finished clothes.

7) If you are into speculative business such as stock trading or gambling or sports betting then the placement of Ketu in the 5th house can bring a lot of turbulence (up and down) in your wealth as Ketu is a planet of turbulence and if the 5th lord Venus falls under Yama (death) whichever house it is placed then you could even lose a lot of your wealth in speculation. Ketu is a planet of turbulence and in sports also there is a lot of turbulence. Also, the 5th house is the house of recreational activities. If instead Venus is placed in the 7th house in the sign of Cancer then people who are into business marketing and stock trading are most commonly seen from this placement. If instead Venus is placed in the 11th house in the sign of Scorpio then people working as programmers and web designers in the field of IT can be seen from this placement.

9) If Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 5th house but if the 5th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 12th house then such natives would make a lot of foreign trips or go for pilgrimages in their life as Ketu is a planet of religion and so it will bring a lot of up and down to religious and sacred placed as Ketu is a planet of up and down as mentioned before.
