What if Ketu is in 12th house for Gemini Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

Ketu will fall in the sign of Taurus when placed in the 12th house for a Gemini Ascendant. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

1) If Ketu is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Taurus but if the 12th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Gemini in the 1st house then this placement could give sexual relationships with multiple partners. This is because Gemini is a sign of mating and Venus is a planet of relationships and Ketu is a planet of change and so Ketu makes you change your partner and 12th house also represents the bedroom life as it is a house of sleep and comfort zone or private zone.

Planets lose their dignity when they fall under DZ. If the 12th lord Venus is Bhatrikarka (BK) then also multiple relationships are possible as BK carries the energy of the 3rd house of mating.

2) This placement is quite good for health care professionals such as doctors and nurses especially those associated with body parts on the face such as mouth, nose, ears, eyes, teeth, etc. This is because Ketu is a planet of going to the roots and in the sign of Taurus, Ketu may go to the roots of the body parts as mentioned above as Taurus is a sign that represents all the body parts on the face. But this is more so possible if the 12th lord Venus is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 2nd house. But health care professionals could also be seen if Venus is placed in the sign of Virgo in the 4th house as Virgo is a sign of diseases.

Ketu is also a planet of surgeries as Ketu is the natural significator of the 8th house of surgeries and operations and so certainly Ketu can give a healing career in the 12th house. Also, Rahu is placed in the 6th house of diseases in the sign of Scorpio and Scorpio is again a sign of surgeries or going to the roots of something.

If the 6th house is the house of diseases then the 12th house is the house of healing and that is the reason healers are quite often seen from this placement and Ketu is also a planet of healing. Also, there are people who are associated with health supplements and herbal products and they may also have this placement as Taurus is also a sign of our eating appetite and eating appetite improves through health care supplements.

If Mars and Venus are debilitated in the chart then Ketu in the sign of Taurus in the 12th house may also create problems in our eating appetite and can give vomiting or eating disorders (such as gastric problems) or you may not feel like eating anything during Ketu period. Venus in Virgo often creates eating disorders as Venus is a planet of our eating appetite and Virgo is a sign of difficulties or problems and this becomes more so when Ketu is also placed in the sign of Taurus as Ketu is the natural significator of the 8th house of turbulence and disturbance.

The 8th house or Ketu is like mud (keechar) and Virgo or 6th house is like dirt or filth so both these houses and their respective signs are not considered good. But that doesn’t mean people born in these signs are not good but they often face a lot of problems and difficulties in life as these signs and houses are of difficulties and problems. A lot of international sportsmen and soldiers are Virgo ascendants but there is always a risk of injuries to sportsmen and soldiers as Virgo is a sign of difficulties, problems, and injuries.

3) Ketu in the 12th house in the sign of Taurus may give anxiety issues when it comes to spending money. The natives, with this placement, could feel very nervous in spending money as the 12th house is the house of expenses and Taurus is a sign of money and Ketu is a planet of anxiety & fear as Ketu is the significator of the 8th house of fear and nervousness. Such natives fear a lot while taking risks in gambling or sports betting or stock trading or currency trading. This placement could give a lot of financial stress and worries. They always fear losing wealth as Rahu in the sign of Scorpio in the 6th house can make you a gambler as Scorpio is a sign of taking risks.

4) Many people risk their money in digital marketing, or marketing in general, in order to advertise their products or services, and then they have a constant fear whether they will get the returns or not and this could also be the case when Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 12th house.

5) Taurus is a sign of arts and crafts and Ketu is a religious planet and so all people associated with religious arts & crafts such as ancient sculptures, ancient tapestries, historical paintings, renaissance art, etc may also have this placement. People engaged in selling religious supplies may also have this placement. People like painters, sculptures, and artists may also have this placement.

People associated with vintage and antique arts may also have this placement. Many people are selling bedsheets and mattresses of old traditions and they may also have this placement as Ketu is past and so it represents all old and outdated things. On the other hand, Rahu is the future. Also, the 12th house is also the house of spirituality and so all spiritual arts and crafts can be seen from the 12th house.

6) People associated with the religious fashion clothing may also have this placement of > Ketu in the 12th house in the sign of Taurus as Taurus is a sign of fashion and Ketu is a religious planet. People dealing with tattoos may also have this placement. People dealing with all kinds of horror and mysterious posters, stickers, books, comics, and arts may also have this placement.

7) People with this placement of > Ketu in the 12th house in the sign of Taurus may donate a lot of food to charities or ashrams and even to poor people on the roads as 12th house is also the house of donations and Taurus is also a sign of food and Ketu is a planet of religious activities. Ketu is actually not a planet but to say something to Ketu I simply use the word > planet. Ketu is actually a Upagraha or shadow planet.

8) Many people sell old or 2nd hand clothes (or fashion items in general) and even 2nd hand electronic items such as 2nd hand mobile phones, television, radio, etc and such people can also be seen from this placement of > Ketu in the 12th house in the sign of Taurus. This is because the 12th house is the house of selling and Ketu represents all the old and outdated products and goods. Chor Bazaar in India is a good example of that where you can find all kinds of 2nd hand and stolen products. Venus or the sign of Taurus actually represents all the luxury items such as mobile phones, laptops, computers, etc and when Ketu is placed in the sign of Taurus it means all the old or 2nd hand electronic items.

9) 12th house is also the house of the virtual world of computers and the internet and so people selling all kinds of religious products as mentioned above over the internet (using e-commerce websites) may also have this placement.

10) People going for cosmetic plastic surgeries or carrying out cosmetic plastic surgeries may also have this placement as Taurus is also a sign of beauty and Ketu is a planet of surgeries. Sexual problems such as piles and problems in prostate glands are also possible with this placement. Rahu in Scorpio is a very risky placement for sexual problems as Scorpio is a sign that represents our private parts and the 6th house is the house of diseases or problems.
