1st house lord in the 6th house is usually not considered good as we determine the health of the native by the 1st house and when the 1st house lord is placed in the 6th house of difficulties and diseases then it could give a lot of difficulties and diseases to the native. The type of difficulty or disease will depend on the ascendant of the native.

For example, if the ascendant lord Mars (for Aries ascendant) is placed in the 6th house then it could give head injury or any kind of wound as Mars represents our head and Virgo is a sign of difficulties and diseases.
