What if Mars is in Cancer in 4th house for Aries Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

The result of Mars in Cancer in the 4th house will depend a lot on the position of the 4th lord Moon and other planets in the birth chart. But here are some of the basic ideas for this placement.

1) Cancer is a sign of water and so people doing water-related work can be seen from this placement. For example, many people spray water in agricultural lands or a garden and these people (farmers and gardeners) may have this placement especially if Moon is placed in the 9th house in the sign of Sagittarius which is a sign that represents the plants, trees, wood, crops, etc. People involved in Aquaculture related jobs may also have this placement. Marine biologists may also have this placement.

2) An oceanographer can also be seen from this placement of > Mars in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house < especially if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 12th house in the sign of Pisces. Marine biologists can also be seen from this placement if the 12th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Sagittarius in the 9th house. This is because the 9th house is the house of exploration and Pisces is a sign that represents the sea or the marine world. And so, people who swim a lot can also be seen from this placement and these could even be swimmers of national and international sports. People involved in seafood business may also have this placement.

When we join Cancer + Pisces then it becomes sea and so all marine-related professions & sports can be seen from this placement. Pisces is a very holy and spiritual sign and that is the reason people go to the Himalayas and other isolated places for meditation as all the isolated and far off places in nature such as sea, rivers, mountains, sea beaches, etc are representations of the sign of Pisces.

3) When you wash something with water such as washing kitchen utensils or washing a vehicle (car or bike) with water flowing from the pipe then also this placement of Mars in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house can be seen as the 4th house also represents the vehicles. If the 4th lord Moon is placed in the sign of Virgo in the 6th house, then you can even provide washing services whether it is cloth washing (laundry) or bathroom cleaning or washing dishes or window & door cleaning, floor cleaning, equipment cleaning, etc. In general, housekeepers are most commonly seen from this placement.

4) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 5th house in the sign of Leo, then this is really a good placement for people working in the theatre, television, and film industry such as actors and actresses, dancers, singers, stage performers, musicians, writers, comedians, etc. People who do stunts with their physical body during a stage performance or in a movie or a TV serial can also be seen from this placement. People who do vehicle stunts and people like sports race car drivers can also be seen from this placement. If Sun is in Pisces, then people who are into sea sports can also be seen from this placement as the sign of Pisces represents the sea. People who are into skating and ice-skating sports can also be seen from this placement as they also move a lot. Leo is a sign of fun and entertainment and Mars in Cancer makes you move.

5) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 6th house in the sign of Virgo, then this placement actually is not good as it can give a lot of emotional pain and suffering and may even give diseases related to the nervous system (such as nervous breakdown or migraine or brain hemorrhage or blood cancer or blood-related diseases such as blood pressure). This is because Virgo is a sign that represents our nerves and the brain receives signals with the help of the nerves in our body.

Virgo is a sign of pain and suffering so it is not a good sign for the Moon and it can also give excessive thoughts in the mind as Virgo is a sign of work and so the mind starts working a lot in this sign. The native with this placement especially needs to be careful (as diseases are likely) when malefic planets like Mars, Saturn, and Sun are transiting the 6th house or aspecting the 6th house.

People involved in household cleaning jobs or laundry jobs or food service are generally seen from this placement. People who are into house painting jobs, or painters in general, can also be seen from this placement. People who work during home construction such as carpenters, plumbers, and painters are generally seen from this placement. Virgo is a sign of practical work and so they do practical jobs where hard work is required through the physical body. Very poor people could also be seen from this placement as Virgo is really a very poor and cheap sign (not a royal sign like Leo) or we can say that it is a weak sign. People selling food items on the roadside can also be seen from this placement especially if the 6th lord Mercury is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 2nd house. Nurses working in hospitals may also have this placement.

6) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house and if the 4th lord Moon is also placed in the 1st house in the sign of Aries, then people like vehicle drivers such as auto-rickshaw drivers, cart pullers, bicycle drivers, bus drivers, taxi drivers, lorry drivers, camel drivers, water boat drivers, etc are generally seen from this placement. When we eat something then the energy generated through digestion is basically the energy of Mars but this energy sometimes excites our emotions (due to some blockage in chakras) and we express our emotions through our heart and so the heart becomes unstable when the emotions get excited and so such people need to move as this excited energy does not let them sit.

So, such people drive a lot (or travel a lot) as driving makes them move from one place to another. That is why runners and sportsmen are also seen from this placement as they also move a lot when they play. When you travel on a bike you are at rest (Cancer sign is of rest) on the seat of the bike but still, you are moving (Mars is moving energy or motion). People who deliver couriers and food to the residential people may also have this placement as they also drive a lot. Delivery boys are most commonly seen from this placement.

7) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 7th house in the sign of Libra, then people who are into food, beverages, clothing, and fashion business are generally seen from this placement. Teachers or trainers of fashion designing may also have this placement. Fashion Models can also be seen from this placement. This is because Moon is a sign of clothing and Libra is a sign of fashion and Mars is a model. Real estate brokers may also have this placement as Libra is also a sign of brokerage or mediation and Mars is the natural significator of land & property.

People like architects may also have this placement especially if Moon is placed in the Nakshatra of Chitra in the sign of Libra. Teachers and professors of social science (human rights & equality) can also be seen from this placement as Libra is also a sign of social justice and human rights and equality. People who carry out food, clothing, fashion items, and real estate transactions on computers (on e-commerce websites) may also have this placement as Libra is also a sign of transactions & customer care.

8) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 8th house in the sign of Scorpio, then this placement could give drinking habits such as taking alcohol. This is because here the Moon is debilitated and debilitated planets can give additions. People working in wine, beer, and drinks factories may also have this placement. People doing pest control jobs may also have this placement as they kill insects and small animals, and Scorpio is a sign of killing, and chemicals are also represented by the sign of Scorpio. People working with fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, oil, petrol, diesel, gas, petrochemicals, etc may also have this placement. Moon in 8th house is never good for driving as it may give injuries from accidents as 8th house is a very turbulent house and in an accident also there is turbulence.

Since Moon is debilitated here very much disturbed and a cruel person can be seen from this placement such as a drunkard. People working with chemicals (such as dyes & pigments), fertilizers, and insect killer products may also have this placement as the sign of Scorpio also represents the chemicals and hazardous products. People working in the melting industries may also be seen from this placement as Scorpio is also a sign of transformation.

9) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 9th house in the sign of Sagittarius, then people like farmers and gardeners and fruits and vegetable sellers may have this placement. They may also be involved in transportation, travel, logistics, and courier services. People working in the yarn, textile, and garment factories or mills may also have this placement.

People working with tractors in farmlands may also have this placement. This is because Sagittarius is a sign that represents crops, trees, plants, and everything obtains from plants and animals such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, silk, wool, meat, etc. But Sagittarius is also a sign of publishing and so people who are publishing arts and crafts on clothes and decorating food may also have this placement especially if the 9th lord Jupiter is in Taurus in the 2nd house.

Farmers involved in irrigation can also be seen from this placement. This is because the sign of Cancer represents the water and when you give water to crops and plants then your Mars could fall in the sign of Cancer. 4th house also represents the motherland. When you give baths to animals like cows, buffaloes, and goats then also this placement can be seen. Mars in Cancer is like motion in water (as Mars is motion and Cancer is water) which could be flowing of water in rivers or even flood if Rahu is aspecting Mars.

10) If Mars is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house but if the 4th lord Moon is placed in the 10th house in the sign of Capricorn, then people who are into recruitment and management can be seen from this placement. This is because Capricorn is a sign of management and recruitment. People who are into social welfare such as politicians or someone at the higher post in the government may also have this placement. This is because Capricorn is also a sign of authority and power. Judges in reality shows may also have this placement. People who are working in the field of hydroelectricity can also be seen from this placement. When you generate electricity from the flowing water then this is called hydroelectricity.
