What if Mercury is in 2nd house for Scorpio Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

Mercury rules the 8th house and the 11th house and will fall in the sign of Sagittarius when placed in the 2nd house for a Scorpio ascendant. There are several possibilities with this placement and here are some of them.

1) The default ruler of the 2nd house is Venus and Venus represents all the assets (whether the financial assets or the business products) of the native. When the sign of Sagittarius falls on the 2nd house the business products could also be related to wood as wood is obtained from trees and the sign of Sagittarius represents the trees and plants and crops.
