Different planets in 8th house for Pisces Ascendant (Vedic Astrology)

Several predictions can be done when the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house.

1) Libra is a sign of trade (exchanging something or exchange of goods & services) and 8th house is a very turbulent & risky house. For example, in intraday stock trading there is a lot of turbulence as the price of stocks are unpredictable and also there is a lot of risk involved in intraday trading. So, it could mean a very risky trade when the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house. It could be a trade in stocks or commodities or even currencies. So, this placement could make the Pisces ascendant natives involved in risky trades.

If the 5th lord, Moon, is placed in the 8th house in the sign of Libra and if Moon is Darakarka (DK) then the native could be involved in risky trades or gambling (such as sports betting) or could also do drug smuggling. If Sun is placed in the sign of Libra in the 8th house, then also the native could trade in stocks (or sports betting) as Sun is also a planet of speculation. Venus in Libra in 8th house is good for currency trading. Saturn in Libra in the 8th house is good for commodity trading but all these will be of speculative nature (involving risks as 8th house is a risk). Where there is turbulence there is risk. 2) The 8th house is also a hidden and secretive house and Libra is a sign of relationships and so this could also mean hidden or secret relationships such as extra marital affairs. 3) Ashlesha Nakshatra is quite associated with drugs or poison or Nagas (snakes) and Moon is the sign ruler of Ashlesha Nakshatra and so if Mars (or Jupiter), default ruler of 8th house, is placed in the sign of Cancer (in Ashlesha Nakshatra) in the 5th house and if the 5th lord Moon is placed in the 8th house in the sign of Libra, then the sign of Libra falling on the 8th house could also mean drug smuggling (doing trade of drugs) or working with drugs & medicines and even poison.

If Saturn is placed in the sign of Cancer in Ashlesha Nakshatra in the 5th house, then with this placement it could produce snake charmers. Saturn is also a very dark and secretive planet. If Sun is light then Saturn is darkness. So, Saturn is also quite associated with the dark world or the 8th house. Pisces ascendant natives are very much prone to taking drugs if Mars is placed in Ashlesha Nakshatra in the 5th house and Moon is in Scorpio in the 9th house. People who are secluded from the normal world are generally seen as Pisces Ascendants as Pisces is also a hidden and virtual sign. Prostitutes and drug Mafia people are good examples of that. 4) When the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house it could also mean taking bribe as bribe is also a hidden deal and Libra is a sign of deals and 8th house is a hidden and secretive house. When Mars is in Cancer you may lose morals and then you may take the bribe. If a native is Pisces ascendant, he/she will certainly make a lot of secret dealings or relationships in life. 5) Mars in Libra in the 8th house could get the Pisces ascendant natives into a terrible fight with someone as 8th house is a terrible house and Libra is a sign of one-to-one interaction and Mars is a very aggressive planet and it has a soldier mentality and soldiers are meant for fighting. Boxers are quite often seen from this placement as they are always involved in terrible fights with the opponent in sports events. Police officers and soldiers may also have this placement as they also often get into fights with the enemies.

Mars in Libra is never good for relationships as it will make the native bully in relationships and that could also result in divorce but this is not always so. 6) When the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house it could also mean secret diplomacy as Libra is a sign of diplomacy and 8th house is the house of secrets. Secret diplomacy means diplomacy carried on by kings, presidents and other rulers, without the knowledge or consent of the people and behind the closed doors.

7) When the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house it could also mean trade war as 8th house is also war and Libra is a sign of trade. A trade war happens when one country or party retaliates against another by raising import tariffs or placing other restrictions on their imports or exports.

8) If Moon is placed in the sign of Scorpio in the 9th house and if the 9th lord Mars is placed in the 8th house in the sign of Libra, then it may give psychic problems related to relationships or marriage (toxic relationships) and it could also give relationships addiction and then you can’t just stop in making relationships which is not legitimate. Moon in Scorpio can give addictions and psychic problems as Scorpio is quite a psychic sign. 10) The sign of Libra is also associated with Swadisthana chakra and if malefic planets like Mars, Sun, Ketu, and Saturn are placed in the 8th house in the sign of Libra and if these are afflicted then diseases of prostate, gallbladder, anus, uterus, genitals, hernia, pancreas, renal, kidney, etc are also possible all these body organs are controlled by Swadisthana chakra.

11) Libra is also a sign of interaction or collision and in the subject of physics we do study the concept of collision. A collision is any event in which two or more bodies exert forces on each other in a relatively short time. In collision some of the kinetic energy is always converted into heat energy and nuclear explosions or bomb explosions or nuclear reactions are also the result of collisions of particles like atoms, molecules, ions, electrons, protons, etc and so subjects like nuclear physics and nuclear chemistry can also be seen when the sign of Libra falls on the 8th house for a Pisces ascendant.
