What if Saturn is in 8th house in Pisces for Leo Ascendant? (Vedic Astrology)

This article is also valid for > 7th lord in the 8th house for Leo Ascendant.

There are several possibilities with this placement of > Saturn in the sign of Pisces in the 8th house and here are some of them.

1) The 8th house is always the gain of the 7th house as the 8th house is 2nd from the 7th house and anything 2nd is gain. Now, if the 7th house is the house of relationship, then it becomes the gain of relationship when the 7th lord Saturn is placed in the 8th house. So, this placement is good for getting married or getting into a relationship, and getting married will not be an issue for you unless Saturn is afflicted in the chart. If the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the 5th house of love and romance then something like love marriage is also possible. If the 8th lord Jupiter is afflicted in the chart (in the 5th house) your love and romance could also fail.

2) The 7th house is not just the house of relationships but it is also the house of making deals. For example, when you sell or buy a stock using the stock trading software then you are making a deal and when the 7th lord Saturn is placed in the 8th house then such deals become possible. In other words, this placement is also good for making deals related to stocks, commodities (such as gold and silver), currencies (such as euro/USD), or anything else.

If the 7th lord Saturn was not placed in the 8th house, then you might not even have been involved in such deals. In other words, you might not have been into the stock trading or currency trading or commodity trading business. If Saturn is your Putrakarka (PK) then stock trading or sports betting or currency trading etc becomes certainly possible as PK carries the energy of the 5th house of speculation.

If your 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the 5th house and if it is afflicted then it could also bring loss of wealth from speculation. Also, the 8th house is the house of risk-taking and in speculation, there is a lot of risks and so losses could also come if Jupiter is afflicted.

3) The 7th house is also the house of one-to-one interaction or relationship and when the 7th lord Saturn is placed in the 8th house it could also mean > sexual relationships as the 8th house represents all the reproductive organs (genitals) in the body. Now, if the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the 5th house of love and romance, and if it is afflicted then it is also possible you may face problems in your reproductive organs and in that case, progeny becomes difficult in your life. The 7th lord in the 8th house is quite a risky placement and something bad could also come as the 8th house is never a good house. The 8th house is often called as the dusthana house which means malefic house. Also, Saturn is considered as the major killing planet.

4) The 7th house is also the house of transactions. Now, when the 7th lord Saturn is placed in the 8th house it could also mean carrying out financial transactions. For example, many people working in the bank carry out financial transactions as they transfer money from one account to another account. So, you could also work in a bank or any other financial institution and carry out financial transactions of the people or the customers with this placement.

5) If Saturn is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 8th house but if the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Aries in the 9th house this placement is good for things like mountain climbing, hiking, trekking, and even all kinds of sports & recreational activities. When you climb a mountain there is risk involved and the 8th house is also the house of risks and also it is the house of doing unusual and risky things. Also, Jupiter is placed in the 9th house which is the house of exploration and when you go hiking or trekking, or mountain climbing this is nothing but exploration.

Jupiter is the spiritual energy within us (cosmic energy or kundalini energy) and this energy makes us move especially when Jupiter is in Aries as Aries is a sign of motion. Saturn is a planet that represents all the tools made of iron and steel and in mountain climbing, you use such tools. Pisces is a sign that represents nature and when Saturn is in Pisces you explore nature such as the sea and mountains and even forests by using various tools (such as mountaineering).

6) The 8th house is also the house of death and Pisces is also a sign of > the end of something (such as killing) and Saturn represents all things made of iron and steel including weapons. So, Saturn in Pisces in the 8th house is like > using a weapon to kill someone or to fight with someone. If Aries is a new beginning Pisces is the end. So, people like murderers (serial killers) & worriers may also have this placement especially if the 8th lord Jupiter is getting afflicted in the sign of Capricorn in the 6th house.

It is possible that butchers might also have this placement as butchers also kill animals to get the meat out of them. Also, there are many sports where weapons are used such as a sword and so people involved in such sports can also be seen from this placement. For example, in the fencing sport, the competitors use a sword, a weapon. But using a weapon becomes more so possible if Mars is placed in the sign of Capricorn in the 6th house or the sign of Aquarius in the 7th house.

7) This placement of > Saturn in Pisces in the 8th house < is also good if you are planning to into space engineering such as aerospace engineering and satellite engineering. This is because the sign of Pisces has to do with space and Saturn is a planet of networking and distribution. Through satellites communication networks become possible and so if the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Gemini in the 11th house, then the profession of satellite engineering is also possible as Gemini is a sign of communication and the 11th house is the house of networking. Many engineers are into the development of robots to be used in space and they often have this placement.

Robots are nothing but machines and Saturn represents all the machinery and tools. People like computer network engineers may also have this placement. The sign of Pisces also represents the virtual world of computers and the internet and so people developing all kinds of machines or automated programs such as software and apps and online user tools may also have this placement. There is nothing real on computers and everything is virtual and the sign of Pisces is also a virtual sign. Saturn is a planet of automation. So, you could certainly create automated programs on computers if you have this placement. Machine learning and artificial intelligence are good examples of that. All the online tools are also represented by Saturn.

8) The sign of Pisces also represents the dream world, sleep, subtle world, subconscious, etc. For example, hypnosis is an unconscious state where somebody’s mind and actions can be controlled by another person. Such kinds of things is also represented by the sign of Pisces as Pisces also represents the unconscious state. If the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Cancer in the 12th house and if Jupiter and Moon are afflicted in the chart (such as Moon in Scorpio) then the native may even suffer from coma or unconsciousness for many months or years. This is because Pisces is a sign of unconsciousness and it falls on the 8th house of death for a Leo ascendant. Also, the 12th house is the house of sleep as the sign of Pisces and the 12th house is just the same thing and Pisces is also a sign of sleep and dreams.

10) If Saturn is placed in the sign of Pisces in the 8th house but if the 8th lord Jupiter is placed in the sign of Taurus in the 10th house this placement is good for designing work in the virtual world of computers and the internet such as graphic design, software design, app design, t-shirt designing, etc. This is because Taurus is a sign of designing as Venus rules the sign of Taurus and Venus is a planet that represents the websites, software, apps, etc.
