Saturn will fall in the sign of Aquarius when the 3rd lord Saturn is placed in the 4th house for Scorpio Ascendant. Several predictions can be made with this placement and here are some of them.

1) This placement can be seen in the birth chart of people who are distributors. A distributor is someone who sells the product of some company on behalf of the company.
